Turning Professional in 1973 Peter trained at Surbiton G.C. before becoming the Head Assistant at Thames Ditton & Esher G.C. in 1979. In 1983 he took up the position of Professional/Manager at Farnham Park G.C. in Surrey, where he stayed for over 17 years before being appointed Head Professional/Teaching Professional at Four Marks G.C. in 2000. In 2007 Peter became the Teaching Professional at Old Thorns Hotel Golf & Country Estate and remained in this position until 2020. Peter began coaching at Brows Farm in 2013 where he is now based full time.
" Everyone is unique and the same is true of their golf swing. I do not believe in coaching a method. I prefer to observe and explain what I see happening in each person's set up and golf swing then, after listening to what their ideal expectations are, work with them to achieve their goal and beyond".
